Founded in 2022, Crystal Hills LLC is a private-held investment and real estate development firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Crystal Hills acts as a principal investment platform as well as an operating partner and co-investor for institutional partners and family offices interested in special situations, mixed-use and value add real estate investments in the United States as well as select international markets.
Our primary focus is special investment situations and complex real estate positions.
Crystal Hills is working to closed on a joint venture with an institutional investor to raise $1 Billion to expand its investment strategy and looks forward to collaborating with some of the world’s top institutional investors, financial institutions, equity partners and lenders to grow its asset under management (AUM) to over $10 Billion within the next five years.
